Debilitation of a planet moon in Scorpio gets cancelled if the lord of its exalted sign Venus is exalted in pisces in kendra, or in kendra house,occupying it’s own sign in kendra house.
If a planet is debilitated in a sign moon in Scorpio and if it has aspect of its lord mars or conjunct with mars in scorpio or mars is in kendra(1,4,7,10)or mars is exalted in capricorn in kendra house then debilitation gets cencel.
